I love Latin dance,There are so many types,which is your favorite?
Latin dance is divided into Latin ballroom dancing and Latin dance,it contains:rumba、cha cha、samba、paso doble、jive.
Latin dance has eight major benefits:
1. The mind to be sublimated.
2. Both men and women, to develop good posture;
3. Enhance physical fitness, give you a "wonderful life" feeling;
4. Foster social charm;
5. Help you remain forever young, catch up with the new trend of the times;
6. Increase self-confidence is a very good social wealth;
7. May be the cheapest and most rewarding of a pastime;
8.You can start now, 95-year-old can still enjoy it

I love the latin ballroom dances too!

They are all so different so it's hard to pick just one. Cha cha is playful, Rhumba (the dance of love), is slow and romantic, Samba (Brazillian party dance) is fun and free spirited, Jive (American jukebox kind of dance) is fast and happy and the paso doble (where the man is the bull figher and the woman is the cape) is dramatic with Spanish influences in the music.

I'd have to say that my favourite Latin ballroom dances are the Samba and Jive.

I love the Rhumba as well but find the technique challenging with the slow, sinking movements. If you know of a good place that can teaches rhumba and also focuses on technique, I would love to hear about it!
