Thanks Sara....but my good follow has something to do with your good lead too! Smile

Calling out to all level 3 or higher ladies - you've asked me about styling tips and how to be a better follow and dancer, and I'd love to conduct a workshop to share my insights, experience and knowledge with you! Here's your chance to write in your thoughts and voice your interest....

See you on the dance floor!

What a great idea. I cannot wait to hear Tracie's secrets for hotness. Although, I have to say, I am not happy to hear that Sara has "cheated on me" with Tracie. Sara, we need to talk Laughing

So I've just finished Tracie's lady body conditioning/styling 3-class series on Tuesday night, and wow, what an amazing course it was!!! It was no easy work, but by the end of the 3rd session, I can really feel my body becoming a bit stronger and my endurance also improved.

One thing that stood out in my mind is that during the last class, Tracie had us ladies come up with 3-4 difference poses to insert into the styling routine she had been building on over the past 2 weeks. I think this little push for creativity is a good way to help ladies(and guys) to shine without fear, as Tracie would say. Putting students on the spot is not always a good thing, but for this course, it made sense and I think it's almost necessary for dancers who are committed to improve.

I highly highly recommend this course. It;s high-energy, fun, and you will definitely feel the result of a good work-out and styling training! Smile
