Canada Salsa Congress is only a few weeks away. I like to encourage everyone (including beginner dancers) to attend. I have been to a few congress at different cities and I must say Toronto is one of the most well-organized event. The Venue is huge and absolutely gorgeous; the wood floor are excellent, you will never run out of space to dance. And, they provide FREE water!!!
I haven't attend any of their workshop, so I won't be able to comment on it. However, even for beginner, I would totally encourage you to attend at least one night of their performances and social dancing, you won't regret it!
For all those beginner dancers out there, this will be the second year Canada Salsa Congress introducing their Salsa Ambassadors - these are dancers representing various dance schools in Toronto and they will dance with absolutely anyone. They will never turn down a dance and they will go around and ask people to dance as well. I believe this year they will be given a glow in the dark necklace - so you should be able to spot them easily

Hope to see some of the familiar faces there!
