I'm following up Sharon's post on dance injuries with a discussion on the forum. The wost injury I've had was at my first outting at Acrobat lounge a few years ago. I was new and wore some open toe stilettos. I got a lifted toenail within 1hr of being there. SOOOOOOOOO painful that I vowed only to wear dance sneakers from there on in.
I've recently built some trust and now wear open toes again, but I'm always very cautious when the club is busy.

Oh also, at the last outting while I was dancing wtih Rob, a girl stepped on my foot with her sharp heel, and I had to sit out the rest of the dance. PAINFUL!

What are some of your worst dance floor injuries?

Be careful when you dip the girl, because one time I strained my back muscle. I was dancing after a long break..and I guess had not warmed up enough...

Dips are fun and sexy, but can be very dangerous... guys should really avoid doing that in a crowded club, or with someone who you're not familiar with, or with someone who is not expecting it. I've seen all kinds of dip related injuries from drops, head bangs, to pulled muscles.
