Hi everyone, I'm currently taking Salsa level 1 lesson, and absolutely love it!. I took some Salsa lessons a long time ago, but not regularly. Level 1 is great for all the basics, but not challenging enough. I'm wondering if I can take level 1 and 2 class at the same time?

Can't wait to hit the dance floor once I know more movements =P

I would recommend emailing 'info @ torontodancesalsa.ca'
I have seen some people who have taken levels simultaneously but I believe you need to have a quick assessment! That's amazing that you're looking to learn quicker!

Another option to boost your learning is to start hitting the clubs sooner than later, you'll always learn a ton going to outings and socials.

Yet another option is to check out Youtube and procure salsa DVDs. If you get the TDS DVD you can learn all of the level 1 moves and have them perfected for class!

Good luck and see you on the floor!

Just do it! If you feel level 1 is easy - do level 2 at once - as long as you enjoy it ! Smile

Hi Penne!

You would have to pass an assessment to do level 2 at the same time because our classes are progressive so you need all the level 1 moves to go to level 2. So just email us for an assessment!

If you completed level 1 efficiently then will not face any problem in level 2.
