Well the first Ladies Conditioning and Styling class sold out in one day so we added another one on Sundays which is almost sold out.

So now we are looking for new ideas. Tracie has come up with the following:

An advance turn pattern class with a focus on how to incorporate shines into partner work. This could be a musicality/shines workshop series, working on the "call/response" nature of shines and when it's appropriate to do shines during a dance. There will also be a focus on interpreting the music with shines.

Let us know if this is something that interests you all or if you have any other workshop/short intensive class ideas!

I would love to see a Dips & Drops workshop as I feel that it would really round out my cache of moves.

I would also like to see a Men's styling workshop, perhaps w/ Olivier or Elton? Learning those subtle and not so subtle techniques to spice up your dances from a man's perspective would be very helpful.

I would love a shines class! Every time a partner separates from me and starts doing shines, I freeze! Confused One can probably hear rats running in my head: "What shines do I know?!?!?" Shocked So I think it would definitely be good for me to learn how to incorporate shines into partner work!

I would very happily sign up for an intensive bachata workshop (something like the 2-hours/3-weeks format).

I'm afraid I didn't pay it much attention back in level 1, but knowing what I now do, it really is a must-have dance for us fellas Smile

Cheers!
