TDS Welcomes Aleks as our NEW School Coordinator!

We are so excited to announce that Aleksander Saiyan will be joining TDS in a full time capacity as School Coordinator and Business Development Specialist. Aleks started with TDS as a student and quickly became a helper, assistant instructor and, most recently, instructor. Aleks will continue to teach salsa on Sundays and Mondays in addition to his new full time duties. A big congrats Aleks!!!

Calling all LADIES, TDS Bachata is looking for a few more followers!!! Our Level 1 Bachata course starts TONIGHT, Tuesday June 9th, 9:30 – 10:30pm at Empress Walk!

An introductory course into the playful and sensual world of Bachata! This course will focus on the foundation techniques of Bachata dancing (modern/smooth style) – lead and follow technique, body movement, basic footwork, simple turn patterns and embellishments, timing and attitude! Suitable for complete beginners with no or little experience with Bachata or experienced Bachateros and Bachateras who wish to work on their fundamentals.

Exciting Changes at Toronto Dance Salsa!

We have had a wonderful year having Jason Ng part of our TDS Family. Jason will be moving on this summer and we are really going to miss him! All of us at TDS wish Jason all the best in his future projects and we hope to have many opportunities to meet on the dance floor!

Salsa Dips and Tricks starts this THURSDAY April 30th!

Want to kick your dancing up a notch by adding a few fancy dips and tricks? This exciting class will teach you how to use your core to execute and balance dips and tricks effortlessly on the dance floor. This course will also focus on turn pattern options for proper and safe execution of getting in and out of dips and tricks in a social setting. For dancers who have completed Level 3 or higher.
