Zumba Toronto is one of the hottest cardio workouts! As of July 2009, the Zumba program is being taught at over 40,000 locations in 75 countries, has sold millions of DVDs, and has over five million participants taking Zumba classes every week.

So what is so special about Zumba? The answer is simple. Zumba is like a party! Attending a Zumba Toronto class is like attending a fun, high energy Latin party with lots of addictive music, dancing, laughing and friends.

Zumba at Toronto Dance Salsa involves interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output as well as burn fat and tone the body. All this while dancing to fun, upbeat music and learning dance steps including Merengue, Cha Cha, Mambo, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Calypso, Soca, Banghra, Samba, Latin Pop, Hora, Bellydance, Flamenco, Hip Hop, Salsato and African Beats.

Zumba Toronto classes are taught by Tracie Yee. Tracie inspires students of all ages and fitness levels to surpass and exceed their fitness goals. Tracie’s challenging choreography has toned and sculpted hundred of Toronto Dance Salsa students and she has a very high level of return and repeat students.

If you are having difficulty sticking to a workout plan, Zumba Toronto classes are a great option. We offer several classes per week and students have to choice of either taking one class per week at the regular rate, or adding additional classes per week at a reduced rate of 25% - 30% off. For example, a new student at Toronto Dance Salsa will expect to pay $126 for a 9 week Zumba class but only $200 for two 9 week Zumba classes and $275 for three 9 week Zumba classes.
